Menarini Turkey, which started to experience difficulties in market access during the pandemic process, started working on projects to strengthen market access. This process brought up the new infrastructure and new security needs of all projects, as well as the manageability problems of these services. The access of Menarini Turkey marketing and sales teams to healthcare professionals, teammates and solution partners was limited during the fight against the pandemic. In this case, digital projects started to come to the fore and brand new issues that needed to be resolved and managed one after another started to come up:
