Business Continuity Policy

The Business Continuity Policy is carried out within the scope of the implementation principles, laws and legislative obligations specified in the ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management Standard. The main purpose of the Business Continuity Management Policy is to ensure that the business continuity plan is put into effect at the right time and in an error-free manner in order to make the critical processes and assets identified by business impact analysis functional within the predetermined minimum periods in the event of any interruption.

• We aim to ensure the continuity of our products and services within the scope of the Business Continuity Management System.
• We prepare our business continuity plans taking into account the expectations of our customers, corporate policies and legal obligations.
• We create training and awareness programs and ensure their implementation.
• We manage internal and external communication, including communication with the media, and relations between stakeholders.
• We conduct regular drills to ensure that our plans work in emergencies

The executive management of our company is responsible for the implementation of the business continuity policy and ensures compliance with its requirements.
