The aim of the Service Management Policy is to strive for a higher level of maturity in all the services we offer, to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

To achieve this goal;

  • Service Management System is compliant with ISO 20000-1:2018 standard,
  • Raising awareness within the organization for ISO compliant processes,
  • Increasing service delivery maturity with a continuous improvement approach to increase customer satisfaction,
  • Operational business excellence,
  • Mitigation and elimination of risks,
  • Improving quality and information security,
  • Service delivery is aligned with customer needs, company objectives and agreed commitments,
  • It aims to use feedback from customers to improve the quality of the service provided and to improve the product portfolio.

Bulutistan senior management is committed to this policy and its implementation. It provides the necessary resources to implement and improve Service Management and increase the satisfaction of our customers. Reviews the policy at least once a year and updates it if necessary

The Business Excellence Department is responsible for the implementation, operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Service Management System in accordance with ISO 20000-1 standards.
