The Cloud Security Alliance is an independent and above-all-structures community that was launched in 2008 to set standards in the international arena for cloud computing. It guides the industry on many cloud-related issues, including security, and offers certifications to organizations that take the right steps.

One of the most important corporate certifications offered by CSA is STAR, which Bulutistan received: This certificate, which is a combination of the concepts of Security, Trust, Assurance and Risk, is an indication that it can provide its customers with cloud security at the level of international cloud service providers called "HyperScaler".
