As a company headquartered in Istanbul, we've become a company that connects to cloud systems in more than 60 countries abroad, with cloud infrastructures in three Turkish provinces, eight different data centers, and Baku, Frankfurt, London, Uzbekistan, and Thessaloniki. Our team includes 125 cloud experts and strategic solution partners, totaling 500 people. As Bulutistan, we provide cloud services to two-thirds of Turkey's top 500 companies and 16 of the top 20 holding companies, with over 350 business partners and a customer network of over 1,000 companies.

As Bulutistan, we ranked 20th among the fastest growing technology companies in the EMEA region in the Deloitte EMEA FAST 500 list in 2019, and in 2020, we were selected as Turkey's fastest growing technology company by the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Turkey Program and became an Extraordinary Leader Leading Customer Innovation and Transformation. We also won the 2020 IBM Beacon Award for its services. In addition, in 2024, we once again registered our operational excellence and customer-oriented service approach by becoming the first technology company in Turkey to receive 4 stars in the EFQM Excellence process, one of the most prestigious management programs in the world. As a company that establishes solution partnerships with sectors with the vision of "Turkey's data should stay in Turkey", we exceeded our financial and operational target in 2023 and achieved an increase of over 100 percent in our revenues in dollar terms. Our sectoral growth rate in terms of turnover in 2023 was 260 percent. We achieved turnover growth of 233 percent in education, 167 percent in energy, 267 percent in e-commerce, 252 percent in finance, 205 percent in the holding sector, 327 percent in retail, 450 percent in health and 169 percent in the public sector. While we gained 240 new cloud customers in the Turkish market last year, we increased our total cloud capacity by over 100 percent.

2023 was also a period in which we increased our position in the global cloud market. As part of our expansion strategy in the European market, we established ICT Cloud GmbH in Germany. While fighting against hyperscale companies abroad, we gained a great advantage by always maintaining our accessibility. With our wide range of services, we accelerated our growth in foreign markets and increased our international revenues by 200 percent.

We received a major investment in August 2024 from Dx Technology Services and Investment BV (DxBV), Sabancı Holding's digitally focused global technology company. Following the agreement 65% of Bulutistan, which has been providing services to both Turkey and the world since 2015, was purchased by DxBV for approximately 39 million USD while Sabancı Group's total active partnership share in the company's capital increased to 75.5 percent.
