Our Boutique Service Model

As the first and only cloud integrator of Turkey, while developing customized solution models for each customer, we begin by analysing the telecom topology and network security needs of our customer at the outset.

Then, we evaluate the regulations that our customer must comply with, if any; and learn his needs from him. And then, we build alternative service models according to his future goals/expectations.

We shape our suggestions into options:

• The services to be provided at our customer's locations,               
• The services to be provided in our data centers within the country,               
• and/or the services that can be offered together with global cloud alternatives

And we offer all of these options in a single framework contract (additionally a service level agreement).
